I have been drawing and painting ever since I was very young. I remember taking my first drawing class when I was 11, working with charcoal, then advanced to other mediums through the years. Graphic design was actually my 1st major in college before i decided on working towards my MFT (which I am currently tackling). More recently I have had the opportunity to display and sell my paintings at local art shows around LA. I have always been super hands-on and am definitely a craft geek. Whenever I find something interesting or artsy in a store, rather than buying it, it is always more fun to see if I can make it first. This can be both frustrating and rewarding, either way, always well worth it! I hope you enjoy my crafty creations at Purely Skye, just as much as I enjoyed making them!
